I bring both a designer's eye and an accountant's discipline to the work. The first shapes the vision. The second makes sure it actually gets executed. I'm comfortable with the practical side of it, the spreadsheets, the trade-offs, the math behind a decision, because I spent eight years thinking that way for a living.
